I wish I could have one every day. oh wait. I do... I wish I could have one not on a van.

Dear QotD?ers,
.
I take off my pants and then my socks. Also, polenta is still a weird food thing to eat. Have you had success with polenta, where it doesn't feel like you are eating cream-of-wheat?
.
You should be proud of me, that I'm doing this before I go to sleep. Tomorrow is my Friday off and usually I forget about you. But not tonight!
.
Today's Question of the Day? is:
.
Where is your favorite place for naps?
.
Love,
The Asker

Anywhere that's chilly with a blanket. I loooove being under the covers even when it's summer. The other acceptable answer would be in a full lounge chair or towel when it's mild outside, not too hot where you are dripping in sweat, but warm enough so you enjoy the warmth of the sun. I guess those are kind of opposites, but I loooove them both!

Definitely in my chair and a half in the living room, with my hubby right next to me. It is one of the most opeacful places I can be.

How timely! I am going to try making polenta for the first time tonight! Not creamy though. Brick form. I am curious.

As for napping, agreed on the covers. Nothin's better. I prefer being horizontal, so a bed or a couch is best for me.

On the couch, so my cat can curl up on my chest and join me.

Any warm, sunny spot.

To clarify the ANY, I used to have a "fan club" that made a sport of finding where I was taking my nap on campus. The first time I woke up to find a group of friends sitting there staring at me, the game was on and my favorite spot in the MSC was abandoned. Any grassy spot, any bench, any sunny spot in a building was fair game at that point. There are lots of great napping places in Aggieland. I miss those naps.

Yesterday's nap was 10 minutes long on the grass by the tennis courts helping Jessica finish her story. Naps are not the same when you have to spell out words for a first grader while you sleep.

Not a polenta fan.

Yeay for Fridays!

A nap sounds excellent right now ... I would go for sleeping under the covers in my bed, or in the Flag Room with a piano in the background. I'm not too picky when it comes to sleeping.

Naps are best for me on one of our comfy couches with an afghan over me...gotta have those covers! I have eaten polenta grilled. Buy the frozen kind at the store already cooked, slice it in thick slices and put in a grill pan with some butter. MMMMmmmm.

Favorite place........could be any place. Warm and sunny!
Usually it is the blue sofa with an afghan or the recliner. Both include the cat.
