No jury duty for me. I was looking forward to going through the process again, but we were dismissed during the 'loitering in the hallway, waiting for the baliff' stage. The upside was that I took Justin out to lunch, since I hadn't packed a lunch for myself that morning.

I bought myself some shoes from target. They are medium brown flats, slippers that I call 'Jackie' style.

I bought a pair of ballet-style brown leather-and-random-bits-of-material shoes for work. They go with nothing, and thus go with everything. It's fanTABulous.
The last pair of shoes I bought were black Nikes for Nick. As for a personal purchase...it was probably the brown flip flops with pretty golden flowers across the straps that Jessica picked out for me last summer.
Kristen, Nick joined the computer geek club at school this year. You care about that because that is where the camera has been for the last few weeks while the club tried to improve thier skills in downloading and manipulating pictures. In those few weeks, the drums have been moved to various places, making a picture of me with all the drums either an effort or not a singular picture. At any rate, now that the camera is back, a picture should be forthcoming.
I'm back from my computer meltdown and then being lazy for a couple of weeks. Now that finals are getting closer, I should have a lot more time to spend on the internet. Weird huh?
anyway - My most recent shoe purchase was a pair of gray and black checkered vans. I had never had vans before and I don't consider myself punk or any of that business, but I had some slip on shoes previously that I liked. Between those, my boots, and my slip on nice shoes I haven't even tied my shoes for at least a week.

I bought a pair of black leather mules. Comfort is the name of the game.........
I purchased a nice pair of Adidas running shoes for the days in the cooking labs with my students, running from kitchen to kitchen to make sure they are not up to mischief! So far....so good!
I don't remember the last pair of shoes I bought. Sabrina bought me a pair of flip flops most recently. Before that, it was over a year ago when my mother bought me a pair of brown dress shoes. Perhaps the last pair of shoes I bought myself was a pair of running shoes in 2005.
