Arctic Apple by Secret Platinum

Dear QotD?ers,

Yesterday's title came from the perfume I was wearing. I'm continuing that today.

I need to warn you all not to lick QotD? today, as I'm finally getting sick with some of what Justin had. I don't have a fever, swollen tonsils or a sinus infection, but do have post-nasil drip causing a raw throat. My voice sounds odd.

It's Friday, and we are going to a free movie in the park tonight (if I don't feel worse). "Nim's Island" didn't look good enough to see in the theatre, but it does look gooe enough for FREE.

Today's Question of the Day? is:
How do you like your tea*?
Love,
The Asker
P.S. Have a good weekend!
P.P.S *hot or iced!

I wish I could smell so I'd know what your perfume is like. I'm sure it's wonderful. =)

I like iced tea with lemon.

Madame X for me today. Mmm, musky vanilla.

Orite, tea. Some teas (like Lady Grey) I add sugar to. Green teas with flavor (anything from Yogi teas, or anything with honey in the name) I can drink without sweetener. <3

I prefer to drink it from a "special" cup, and not just a random coffee mug from downstairs. I alternate between my "flower on a bed of leaves" teacup, my "hand-made from renfair" mug, and my "tall, white" large mug purchased specifically for me to have tea in.

This makes it more fun for me.

That may have been a state-wide event, as three of my family members had drippy noses, sore throats and general yucks yesterday. I don't think I will blame Justin for ALL that!!

Nick and Jessica drink tea with honey regularly. Occassionaly they will have lemon or orange juice added for fun. They also regularly drink coffee, with cream and sugar. Jacob does not like either tea or coffee. I only drink tea if there happens to be no more coffee left in the world.

Oh, wait...you're a Texan....Do you mean just ICED tea? Not being a true Texan I do sometimes forget things like tea means only the iced variety.

In that case, I guess it is sweetened.

I hope you don't get to feeling so badly that you throw a fit about what is being served for dinner. But if you do, I hope that Justin wraps a blanket around you, hugs you and tells you that he loves you.

I like my tea best when it's iced with lemon and sugar. I've heard this called "Itallian ice tea" and also something like "A Tom Landry" (1/2 unsweetened tea, 1/2 lemonade), but the name isn't really Tom Landry, that's just the only name I remember when I think about it.

Green teas: hot with honey. And lemon if I've got it.
Black teas: hot with a little bit of sugar and milk.

I haven't had iced tea in a very long time.

I hope you feel better soon. My mother always tells me to gargle with warm salt water for sore throats.

I like tea with condensed milk and those Mexican Maria cookies. They are perfect for a quick dunk.

I am not much of an iced tea drinker.

I like my tea iced and hot with loads of sugar. Hot tea also needs little sugary biscuits on the side.

i prefer iced tea with 1.5 sweet n lows and no lemon.

however, my office is SO COLD i drink tons of hot tea- and right now my favrorites flavors are the 'calm' and 'green tea' from starbucks. (i'm not a snob, the company supplies it! i'd drink wal mart hot tea, too.)

I forgot how much fun it is to be in the world of Kristen! THis is like a special, fun surprise everyday! Yeah!

Only Jessica and I went to the track this morning for exercise because the drippy noses got the better of some people. But when we got home, we had a special, fun surprise for the family.

The sweet woman who also walks in the mornings brought us two very nice, unused tennis rackets! She knew she wouldn't use them and thought that we would. Nick is most excited!

Exercise pays off!

My preference of iced tea depends on my mood. Most of the time I'm a non-sweet tea drinker. However, sometimes I'll use artificial sweetener, preferable splenda, but I'll use sweet-n-low. If I'm at Taco C or I need a good quenching, then I'll add some limes (never lemons). AND I've recently become AWESOME at making sweet tea with mint I grow in my garden! It kicks serious butt.

I don't drink hot tea too much, but when I do it's with honey and cream. Happy almost weekend!

I like my tea iced with sweetner and lemon.
Sometimes for a change I like flavored teas, such as Peach or Raspberry.
