in your sleep

Dear QotD?ers,

I imagine a family afternoon out at the farm. As long as we are in the yard and not in the cow pasture (and it's not fire ant season), i'm barefoot!

I am on the verge of a three day weekend! And I'm going to see The Minears, my older brother's family AND my parents! HOORAY! I'm very excited

Today's Question of the Day? is:
Would you rather be afflicted with sleepwalking or talking in your sleep?

Love,
The Asker

In the days of youth and beauty, it seems I did some of both. The complaints came, however, when I was sleep cleaning. Yes. I would get up and clean in my sleep. I think the original complaint was when I decided the bathtub needed scouring, but past that point it was commented on if I even dusted the shelves and straightened the books. Apparently, people get really annoyed with this type of behavior and consider you very neurotic.

With that experience, I can say I would rather just sleep talk.

I have awoken sleep-walking a couple times in my life. It is extremely disorienting.

Sleep-talking is less dramatic.

I've done both. Sadly, this means I don't really get to pick.

Of the two, I prefer sleep-talking, though. It gives Mr. Moore interesting stories to tell and I don't end up naked in the center of town with no idea how I got there.

I guess I would pick talking in my sleep. Sleep walking can be dangerous. I don't think I have done either....at least no one has told me I have and I haven't awakened in some wierd place.

Yahoo! We get to see Kristen this weekend.

Ha! You laugh now, but I have actually disrobed while sleep walking on more than one occasion. Not since hitting puberty (thank HEAVENS) but the memory is still there.

I am a sleep-talker, and Bryce claims that it is very entertaining, so I guess for his benefit I would stick with that one.

Anne, people complained when you cleaned in your sleep? I don't understand why!

Sabrina, do you remember dreaming as part of your sleepwalking experiences?

TamiJean, For the semester that I lived with you, I witnessed neither, but it would have been entertaining

Mom, You've SORTA talked in your sleep before, but I don't know if groggy question answering at the end of a nap counts.

Jackie, that's when all of your secrets come out!

Stacia, aw, you love him so much!
