It got cold again today. my feet and my hands have been battling it all day. Currently my hands are winning but my feet are not. I'm wearing two pairs of socks and house shoes too. I know, I shouldn't complain compared to some of the weather you guys have, but seriously.

Enchiladas, of course. I fear if Santa Anna were to come back to Texas and tell us we can never have any more Tex-Mex unless we give Texas back to Mexico, we would all go willingly! HEHE!!!!
Difficult decision, but I think I choose lasagna, only because I almost always have better luck with lasagna than enchiladas. A good enchilada is hard to find, especially outside of Texas. But when you do, it IS divine.
Lasagna for me please! I wonder how lasagna with lean ground turkey would turn out...
Depends. Is this a sort of ultimatum, like I have to give up one forever? If so, I hate to choose between food ... My cravings change so often it would be painful to even hypothetically give up either enchiladas or lasagna. However, if the question was asked in a "which would you rather have right now" sort of way, enchiladas for sure.
And I understand about the cold ... My friend that's from Chicago always bites my head off when I say that I'm cold. WELL, I can say I'm freezing and mean it because it's cold for Texas and I didn't choose to live in a state that averages below thirty. So when the cold hits, it's very cold to me.
