I actually get the e-edition of the Chronicle every day and read most of it. I also love the little Yahoo news updates on their webpage when I log out of my email. And the Daily Show and Colbert Report are staples as well.

Daily I read on-line editions of the Chicago Tribune, the New York Times, the Miami Herald and the SF Chronicle. I also visit WFAA daily for local news and weather, as well as the BBC for international news. Weekly I will visit websites that cover news in Nigeria, the Philippines and Hong Kong, as well as a look at the Economist. For science news, I read the paper from UT Southwestern and Scientific American.

I used to have to watch BBC World News for my class, and it became part of my morning routine. Also, I watch Fox News on occasion and read the Batt.

TV news drives me nuts.
-NPR Morning Edition
-New York Times
-Slate
-I enjoy The Atlantic & Salon for in-depth stories.
-Sometimes I check our local paper, A Tarde, but most of the time it is too gruesome to read.
-I also get a lot of news/interesting links from Facebook posts.

A combination of the internet and the papers my company leaves out in common areas for us to read.

NPR, FoxNews.com, Slashdot.org, CNN.com, SpaceFlightNow.com.

Anyone know of some good podcasts to try?

I miss NPR. They were once my morning routine. I am going to have to check out SpaceFlightNow.

Our morning wake-up now includes music. On occassion, it can include live music and I love those mornings!!

The Miami Herald is my most joyful spot in the day. I always get a good smile from Miami news!!
