Yes, I have been to an ice hockey game. It was in Lubbock, TX when our kids were in college. We saw the Cotton Kings play. I thought it was a bit rough, but some of the fans were almost worse! The best part for me was half-time when they allowed the little kids onto the ice for some fun and games with prizes.
Nope, I have not been.
But I would like to go.......at least once.
Bob and I went to a Stars game about 10 years ago. Just before we left, I got a phone call from my older brother that left me distressed. I spent the whole game in my head thinking and was essentially not observing my environment. The only thing I remember noticing was that hockey fans seemed to be pretty large people and they did not seem to fit in the chairs at the arena very well.

Hockey was THE sport in upstate New York, and we have a great team. It's one sport I really enjoyed watching during college.
Yes. Hockey is my favorite sport, being half Canadian and all. My dad used to have Stars tickets, not great ones, but it was always fun when he would take me instead of one of his friends. I also went to a lot of high school hockey games. My cousins play in South Lake, I dated a guy from the Duncanville hockey team, and Midlothian Hockey was a lot of fun to watch. You should definitely go!
