Twilight: 3/5

Dear QotD?ers,

Today was a better day at work. hooray!

As I told Jackie in the comments, I was on Team Edward until book two when I turned completely to Team Jacob. But generally, I'm a fan of vampires over werewolves. Unless that werewolf is Oz from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I'm definately Team Oz.

I have determined what I will be wearing to the movies this week. Behold my t-shirt choices:

get it? hilarious, right?

The 'star' of Twilight is Kristen Stewart. I'm not fond of her and the total drama teen she plays in all the movies she's in. (and she keeps showing up in movies when I least expect it! ARGG)

Today's Question of the Day? is:

What famous people share your name?

Love,
The Asker

Don't know of any Kathleens..........I know there are not any "Svateks"!

Yes, I know...I am up early and can't sleep. To answer your question today, the only famous Jeannie I can think of is the "I Dream of Jeannie" TV show. There are plenty of famous Jean's and several rock songs about Jean. Check out this interesting site below. I found that the name Jean peaked in popularity in 1920..thanks Mom! It was never, in history, in the top 100 names. It means...God is Gracious. www.babynamewizard.com

I am crawling on the floors this morning trying to get going, so when I say it pains me to read that Jeannie posted at 3:25 this morning, I mean that literally. I' love to check out her link, but I am soooo tired!

Umm...there were Queens who had the name Anne. I guess Anne Bancroft. I have never personally known another Anne. I did have a friend named AnneMarie, though.

By the way, I was saddened that the MATH TEACHER didn't think to take a poll of 7th grade girls for Team Jacob or Team Edward!! I am thinking of all the mathy things you could do with that poll!!

Uh um....you might hear me laugh when I say this...So, a vampire is offering a healthier relationship than a werevolf?

Good Morning to all you early birds! Wow!

Anne,
how do you know I have not taken a poll about Team Edward or Team Jacob? Come by my room next time
you are at school.

Drats!! Phooey! I wanna see the poll!!

I was there yesterday! But, alas, I did not visit! Michelle has third period off, but I usually come home, clean, check emails and start something for dinner during that time. Maybe next week I will bother you.

I was also at Miller Elementary this week helping second graders with money. I was very humored to see on the library shelves a copy of Homer Price by Robert McCloskey!

Speaking of things from long ago and far away..I forgot to comment about Dark Shadows. I remembered it as a soap opera my grandma used to watch. But I wasn't sure if it was a soap opera.

Should we use our real name or user name like DrFandango?

Though there are famous Tami's that are spelled differently than my name, the only famous 'Tami' that I can think is an authors: Tami Hoag.

There are two great movies called Sabrina.

The little girl with black curly hair in Lambchops was named Sabrina, and Sandra from The Cosby Show is named Sabrina Le Beauf.

I had a classmate in grad school named Sabrina. We were study buddies.

Mom, Romancing the Stone is a great movie! I'm sure she's been in other things...

Mom-in-law, you are unique and thanks for the baby name website. I'll have fun with that later.

Anne, your famous Anne's had a lot of power and historical recognition! It's the other way around. the werewolf offers the more healthy relationship. you may still laugh.

Dr. SuperHappySunshineSmiles, you may use whichever you prefer, since I know your true identity. It's when mystery posters join that I get concerned.

TamiJean, I had to look up your Tami. Have you read her books?

Jessi, do you have a favorite or least favorite?

Sabrina, you've been keeping an eye out for those Sabrinas! There's also the ficitonal Sabrina, the teenage witch.

@Asker
Nope, she writes suspense, not foofy unicorn magic zappity pow books. ;)

@Sabrina
And Sabrina the Teenage Witch! <3

Jaclyn Smith, Jackie Chan, and Jacqueline Onassis are the only ones I can think of ... but they don't even spell it the same as I do.

OH, YEAH!! I forgot. I was named after saints, because my father who refuses to go to church anymore, has always been a good Catholic. So I was properly named after Saints Anne and Elizabeth, which further increases my political, historical and religious importance! I don't know how that comapres with foofy unicorn magic zappity pow books. ;), but I think it is up there somehow.

Personally, I would like to see Mr. SuperHappySunshineSmiles even TRY to convince us that he shares that username with anyone!!

Oh, "Sabrina"! That is one of my all time favorite movies!

Jackie, you have three great examples.

Anne! EVEN BETTER!
