This weekend, we got a fabulous new game World of Goo. I believe there's a free demo that you can play. It's silly and involves some physics and building with goo. Other than that, it was a pretty uneventful weekend. We thought about going furniture shopping so we could put this TV on something, but it's so disheartening. We've already been to the furnture stores here. BLARG.
I like to have ice cream while watching movies. Or cookies.

For Texas cold, just a cardigan is fine and I have no particular preference.
For truly cold weather, I like my old black coat. It is vintage and I have had it for years, as I wore it at A&M. Nice and warm and not too bulky.
My favorite furniture store is here in Dallas, which doesn't help you at all.
don't even get me started! I love love scarves...I can't resist them. Wish I could wear them when it's hot, too. I also love gloves and hats. And boots. Oh! and sleek, long, black, woolen coats with buttons in front. :)
I have a knit toboggan hat that I like to wear when it's cold. =]
Have you tried Gallery Furniture? (Not sure if you still live close enough or not). Steven and I bought a couch there and really had a positive experience.
I'm with Sabrina, I love scarves! If it gets below 79, I'm wearing one.
I wear a fleece from lands end like 80% of the year.
My favorite hat is one I knit- it is an earflap style hat with llamas on it. So cute!
I have this black overcoat that I like very much. Houston never gets cold enough for it, but it was wonderful to have in DC.

On cold winter days, or on pretty much any day, I love to wear my lab coat of villiany. However on some days I like to wear my super robotic exoskeleton of doom.

and coat. They keep me warm when it is Texas cold!

Sabrina, Old Navy had scarves for $1 EACH this Saturday! I had to check it out! but it was just the fleece ones that are boring. I like the look of woolen coats with buttons.
TamiJean, we went to gallery furniture when we were looking for couches and weren't impressed. maybe we'd have luck during a second trip.
Jackie, I have about 5 scarves now. Sometimes I wear them around the office and complain about the temperature.
