Today was a busy day! Last minute meetings and giving tours! This evening I tried to paint my nails with a phase-of-the-moon theme. One of the thumbs turned out well, but the rest look super messy. I'll probably repaint the rest solid. There will likely NOT be a QotD? tomorrow. Why is that? I'll be enjoying a triple feature of the Twilight Saga with Mom and Jackie.

With my first act as Queen of the World, I would declare my coronation day as World Muffin Day.
Sheesh! That's a lot of power first thing in the morning!!
My first thought was that I should demand that all the little tootle toot horns be smashed and a everlasting ban be put on those annoyances from sporting events. But that seems a bit violent and I am not sure I want to start my queeniness that way. (But it WILL be done!! IF I have to start a riot at a soccer game to do so!!)
So I think my first act would be to put potted flowers in every yard, on every porch, by every doorway. My aunt has always said two things that I carry with me:
You can have it all; you just can't have it all at once.
No matter where you live, how rich or poor, how strong or weak, planting flowers in your world brings happiness.

Those powers were just given to me!! I am not seeking to be, applying for, bidding for, or announcing my intentions for being Queen of the World.
I have two family members who would like that position, though. And I may work behind the scenes to get my potted flowers and end of the tootle toot horns agendas pushed forward. But don't start pushing me into the throne room!!
