Dear QotD?ers,

I love making marshmalows and then cutting them into fun shapes with cookie cutters. and then I can give people snowflake shaped marshmallows!

We watched The Happening this evening. My what a strange movie. I will not recommend it to you. It made me feel bad about plants.

Tonight (Monday) is the peak of the Gemenid meteor shower. It also marks Justin and my 8-year Kiss-a-versary. That's right. I marked our first kiss on the calendar.

Today's Question of the Day? is:
Do you remember your first kiss, or your first kiss with someone special?

Love,
The Asker

I do! My first kiss was with Mr. Moore (yes, I married my high school sweetheart) and it was outside his house in middle-of-nowhere Texas, against his candy-apple-primer Chevy Nova. I was leaving after having spent the day with him and I was VERY nervous.

My friends describing kissing never really sounded like nearly as much fun as the romance novels I read.

P.S. Can I have your marshmallow recipe?

Was this the shower Brinson and I went out with you guys to watch in the back of Justin's truck? It was cold that night!
My first kiss was at Midnight yell.

I do not remember my first kiss, nor my the first time Bob and I kissed. I am not an overly romantic person. I may not even be underly romantic. The only reason I could tell you about my first date with Bob is because it was highly unusual. We went to Easter Mass. I would never have marked or remembered our first date if it were not so memorable. I am not that sentimental.

There is a total lunar eclipse this month as well, for all of you who may enjoy starry things.

Tamijean, awwwww.
I'll have to find the recipe, but I know it came from a Martha Stewart magazine.

Erin, It was! Did you know we were kissin' ?

Anne, yes, Easter Mass is a highly unusual first date.
The Lunar eclipse is ALSO on a work night! booo

AWE! No idea you kissed for the first time that night! That was a fun night snuggling and hanging out and watching the stars. Brinson and I fell asleep while you guys chatted on. Man, that seems like ages ago....

Yup, I remember my first kiss, by the garden gate, with someone not Martin. I was not impressed, but I was terribly nervous. Thinking about it now, it was in the moonlight. Guess just not the right person.
I do remember my first kiss with Martin. Not as romantic sounding but much more enjoyable. :)
