Dear QotD?ers,This is what we did this weeked, walked a 5k in Houston! There weren't any official timing devices for walkers: so going by a watch, our time was 45 minutes! Not bad, considering that we hadn't been practicing/training. I am feeling it today. It was lovely on Saturday, but already this evening it's gotten windy and cold again.

I'd spend the day with the Pres at Disney. I'm assuming they would close the park for security, so we'd get the whole park to ourselves! I can imagine we could have a lot of fun, and then we'd eat all the mickey mouse ice creams that we wanted!

Today we had a potluck at work! There was delicious variety.
As we were leaving the house this morning, Justin saw a cat and rolled down the window* and I talked to it, but it wasn't very responsive.

I agree with marshmallow Q, D, ?, !, ducks and add computer shape, magic cosmic swirls and a free boat.

Dear QotD?ers,

I like the carmel delights, what used to be called 'Samoas.' My favorite used to be thin mints.

mm, I have some nice delicious hot chocolate. I still find it hard to get out of bed in the morning, mainly because it's all warm and snuggly under the covers. I could look forward to extra snuggly time on Saturday, but we will be participating in the Houston Rodeo Run 5k! We are going to walk it, and we haven't trained, so we might be over 45min. but Justin and I just might crank it out... never know!

I have some family pictures on the fridge currently. I do have many family photos framed and waiting to go up somewhere. I'm still trying to decide where I want to put everyone, though I'm thinking it will be the wall where the Christmas cards went. Would it be odd for a light switch to be in the middle of a bunch of family photos?

Dear QotD?ers,

Hearing bad news from the dentist would be aweful.

This was a three day weekend and I got quite a bit done. took in the recycling, went to the dentist (I heard only good news!), made returns at hobby lobby, did lots of laundry, did lots of ironing and watching movies while ironing that ironing. Stations of the Cross Friday night. Saw some friends for dinner Saturday night, grocery shopping. Did I mention the ironing? because it seems like I spent forever doing that.

Ugh, I hate complaining about being cold all the time, but my feet are so cold! Why did that groundhog have to see his shadow? :*[

The pizza lunch was great. I had three slices, two of which included olives and mushrooms. and my feet are so cold!
